{"id":314,"date":"2022-11-20T11:45:05","date_gmt":"2022-11-20T10:45:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/otc-com.dk\/?p=314"},"modified":"2022-11-20T11:45:07","modified_gmt":"2022-11-20T10:45:07","slug":"g20s-globalist-pledge-commits-to-vaccine-passports-digital-currency-much-much-more","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stoptechnocracy.eu\/index.php\/2022\/11\/20\/g20s-globalist-pledge-commits-to-vaccine-passports-digital-currency-much-much-more\/","title":{"rendered":"G20\u2019s globalist \u201cpledge\u201d commits to vaccine passports, digital currency &#038; much, much more"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">SOURCE: Kit Knightly at OffGuardian<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This past week saw G20\u2019s annual meeting taking place in Bali, with the leaders of the world\u2019s 20 largest economies signing a pledge that commits to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u201cReform\u201d food production and distribution<\/li><li>Increase surveillance and censorship of \u201cdisinformation\u201d on the internet<\/li><li>Increase global reliance on \u201crenewable\u201d energy sources<\/li><li>Introduce programmable digital currencies<\/li><li>Introduce international digital vaccine passports<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes, while everyone was so nicely distracted by the \u201cfall of Kherson\u201d and that missile&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/news\/63648958\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">that allegedly hit Poland,<\/a>&nbsp;leaders from around the world were gathering in matching shirts and publishing their plans for world government in glossy little ring binders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve already&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/off-guardian.org\/2022\/11\/13\/lab-grown-meat-nuclear-yeast-vats-cop27-reignites-the-war-on-food\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">seen the COP27&nbsp;<\/a>focus on \u201calternative farming\u201d (ie. lab-grown meat and eating insects), but the G20 leader\u2019s declaration is much more ambitious. And we still have the UN&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/en\/content\/summits2022\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Biodiversity Summit<\/a>&nbsp;to look forward to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes, the creepy global gathering season is really hitting its stride, and the participants are making no secret of their global plans moving forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can read the whole thing&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/statements-releases\/2022\/11\/16\/g20-bali-leaders-declaration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>, we\u2019ll just be pulling out a few key quotes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For starters let\u2019s take a look at the \u201ctheme\u201d of this year\u2019s summit, which has a very familiar ring to it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Recover together, recover stronger\u201d.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Call me crazy, but that sounds like just another way of saying&nbsp;<em>\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=YkcaeaD45MY\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">build back better\u201d<\/a><\/em>, doesn\u2019t it?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You might expect any declaration made under the \u201cbuild back better\u201d banner to be filled with Great Reset talking points\u2026and you\u2019d be absolutely correct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There\u2019s a re-dedication to the ongoing war on food, and an echoing of the COP27 focus on \u201cinnovation\u201d and \u201creform\u201d in agriculture [emphasis added throughout]:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>We will take further coordinated actions to address food security challenges including price surges and shortage of food commodities and fertilizers globally [\u2026] ensure that&nbsp;<strong>food systems better contribute to adaptation and mitigation to climate change<\/strong>, and halting and reversing biodiversity loss,&nbsp;<strong>diversify food sources<\/strong>&nbsp;[\u2026] We are committed to&nbsp;<strong>supporting the adoption of innovative practices and technologies<\/strong>, including digital innovation in agriculture and food systems to enhance productivity and sustainability<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>To be clear, \u201cmitigating climate change\u201d means \u201cfarming less meat\u201d; \u201cdiversifying food sources\u201d means \u201ceating bugs\u201d; and \u201cinnovative practices and technologies\u201d means lab-grown meat and\/or yeast paste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There\u2019s a LOT of material on \u201creversing\u201d or \u201cmitigating\u201d climate change, including overly verbose pledges to \u201creform\u201d energy supplies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>We reiterate our commitment to achieve global net zero greenhouse gas emissions\/carbon neutrality [\u2026] scaling up the deployment of clean power generation, including renewable energy, as well as energy efficiency measures, including accelerating efforts towards the phasedown of unabated coal power<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>You don\u2019t need me to translate that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And after that comes the \u201cpandemic preparedness\u201d spiel, calling for a \u201clegally binding instrument\u201d to \u201cstrengthen\u201d global pandemic preparedness:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>We reaffirm our commitment to strengthen global health governance, with the leading and coordination role of WHO and support from other international organizations. We support the work of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (INB) that will draft and negotiate&nbsp;<strong>a legally binding instrument<\/strong>&nbsp;that should contain both legally binding and non-legally binding elements t<strong>o strengthen pandemic [preparedness]<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>That has been on the agenda for a while, you can read our previous pieces on it&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/off-guardian.org\/2022\/10\/11\/pandemic-treaty-reports-of-its-death-have-been-greatly-exaggerated\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/off-guardian.org\/2022\/04\/19\/pandemic-treaty-will-hand-who-keys-to-global-government\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next there\u2019s the promise to control the internet more strictly, for the sake of \u201csecurity\u201d:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>We acknowledge that affordable and high-quality digital connectivity is essential for digital inclusion and digital transformation, while a resilient,&nbsp;<strong>safe and secure online environment<\/strong>&nbsp;is necessary to enhance confidence and trust in the digital economy [\u2026] We acknowledge the importance to&nbsp;<strong>counter disinformation campaigns, cyber threats, online abuse, and ensuring security<\/strong>&nbsp;in connectivity infrastructure<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019ve been waiting with bated-breath for them to mention&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/off-guardian.org\/2021\/10\/01\/programmable-digital-currency-the-next-stage-of-the-new-normal\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">central bank digital currencies&nbsp;<\/a>(CBDCs), well wait no longer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>We welcome the report by the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) Committee on Payments and Market Infrastructures (CPMI) on interlinking payment systems [and] the joint report by the BIS CPMI, BISIH, IMF, and World Bank on options for access to and interoperability of Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs) for cross-border payments<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally \u2013 and probably most concerning of all \u2013 they pledge to introduce international vaccine passports:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>We acknowledge the importance of shared technical standards and verification methods, under the framework of the IHR (2005),&nbsp;<strong>to facilitate seamless international travel<\/strong>, interoperability, and recognizing digital solutions and non-digital solutions,&nbsp;<strong>including proof of vaccinations<\/strong>.
